Recently, the world has experienced a great deal of uncertainty and change, causing unprecedented organizational and leadership challenges. It’s important for leaders to be able to learn, adapt and help move their organizations forward.

My experience allows me to be a trusted thought partner as I employ my transformational approach to help clients succeed in the face of change and challenges. I help leaders and organizations unlock their maximum potential, break through roadblocks and achieve their own vision and goals. This results in stronger teams that are more agile and work together more effectively. My focus on change management and organizational culture has allowed me to help my clients grow as leaders and drive business transformation.

Heather’s Bio

Prior to establishing her coaching business Heather spent over 25 years building a successful career in the corporate world. During her time with a change management consulting firm Heather worked with senior leaders in a variety of sectors to help them understand and improve their organizational culture, increasing individual and organizational success. She has significant experience working for Fortune 500 companies, building strong teams and achieving exceptional results. Heather has coached, managed, developed and mentored many individuals, helping them to succeed.


Heather received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Manitoba. Heather is a Certified Professional Coach with The World Coach Institute and a member of the International Coaches Federation. In her spare time Heather can be found in hockey arenas cheering for one of her 3 boys.
